Prior to utilizing any Jeetwin service, please review the following conditions of use thoroughly. All players who have accounts on the Jeetwin site or in the mobile app Jeetwin are subject to them.
Jeetwin has the authority to change these guidelines at any moment. You will be informed in advance if the conditions of use change, and you might need to affirm your approval again before the modifications take force. If the changes are not significant, no previous notice is required.
Your Obligations
By using the functionality of Jeetwin BD services, you consent to:
- You are able to enter into a legally binding contract with the casino if you are at least 18 years old as it is mandatory in Bangladesh;

Sign up Process
Whenever you use Jeetwin in Bangladesh, you consent to:
- In order to preserve the integrity of the service, registration requests may be rejected at the company’s own discretion and without any requirement that a particular justification be provided;
- You must submit correct and complete details to ensure accuracy and completeness. If you don’t, the company might notify you and you might not receive details about your profile;

Jeetwin Profile

The company retains the option to ask for identification proof before authorizing any withdrawals from your profile. Notice and Communications
Send any messages and notices required by these conditions to Jeetwin via email. The casino will notify you in accordance with these conditions by posting notices on the site and/or sending emails to your address that the casino has on file for each player. Such communication shall be at Jeetwin’s sole discretion.
When the service is not run by Jeetwin, notices and communications required by these conditions must be made in writing and delivered in the English language to the registered email address on file for your profile.
Fraud
Any BD player who engages in fraud, dishonesty, or illegal activity will face both civil and criminal penalties. The company retains the option to withhold payment if any of these are suspected. In the event that the player commits fraud, dishonesty, or other criminal activity, the user is responsible for all expenses, fees, or damages sustained or incurred by Jeetwin.
Self-Exclusion
If you believe you have a gambling addiction or are in danger of developing one, you might want to think about self-exclusion. You are able to set it for a period of six months, a year, two years, five years, or forever. If you want to stop playing, you can also use Time-Out or Profile Closure.
What Occurs When You Exclude Yourself?
You are unable to bet on your profile while self-excluded, but you are still able to access your account and withdraw any leftover funds. Any fresh profiles you create will be discovered and promptly closed by Jeetwin.

Complaints
